President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has sent a congratulatory message to the National Leader of the Turkmen people and Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, on the occasion of his birthday, the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reports.

In his message, the Belarusian leader noted Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov’s significant contribution to the development of Turkmenistan, emphasizing that the country’s achievements in the political, economic, and social spheres—as well as its neutral status and high international standing—were the result of his many years of constructive work.

Alexander Lukashenko also expressed Belarus's readiness to further intensify bilateral cooperation with Turkmenistan and wished the National Leader good health and continued success for the benefit of the Turkmen people.
