The first International Circus Arts Festival, "The World of Circus Unites Hearts!", will take place in Dushanbe from September 17 to 20. The event will take place at the State Circus of Tajikistan, according to the Ministry of Culture.

The festival is timed to coincide with the 35th anniversary of Tajikistan's state independence and is organized with the support of the government and the Ministry of Culture. Creative artists from around the world are invited to participate.

The main objectives of the event are to popularize circus arts, promote professional exchange of experience, and strengthen international cultural ties.
