The Ashgabat Textile Complex presented new collections at the Turkmentextile Expo

The Ashgabat Textile Complex (ADT) presented updated home textile collections at the international exhibition and fair "Turkmenextile Expo-2026," held in Ashgabat from June 4 to 6. The company's booth, decorated in trendy orange and dark turquoise, was one of the most prominent at the exhibition, attracting widespread attention from both domestic and international visitors.

The company's stand was designed in two conceptual zones. The first, in orange tones, featured a large mural depicting an Ahal-Teke horse against a desert backdrop and bed linens with oriental patterns and large floral prints. The second zone, for children, was decorated in turquoise tones with ocean waves and featured vibrant sets featuring popular cartoon characters, children's hooded robes, and soft toy pillows.

According to the company's Deputy General Director, Jennet Hodjanazarova, this year's stand concept was the result of teamwork between designers and the factory's artistic council. "It's not just oriental patterns—there are also floral prints, like a large rose. Some women like bright colors and a single large flower," she noted.

To apply designs to fabric, the company uses several printing technologies—drum and screen. Equipment is imported from Germany, Türkiye, and Italy. Children's collections are made using screen printing. "The drum repeats the design every 8-10 centimeters. The screen works differently—like a panel," explained Hojanazarova.

ADT's booth generated significant interest among international exhibitors. Following the event, the company has already scheduled business meetings for next week. Products from the Ashgabat Textile Complex are exported to Russia and neighboring countries—primarily terry products, towels, and robes—as well as to Europe, particularly Italy and Spain, where the company's bed linen is in demand.

The international exhibition and fair "Turkmenextile Expo-2026" brought together more than 100 companies. The event's topics covered textile machinery, natural fiber processing, fashion and design, jewelry, and other areas of the light industry.
