Hyundai unveiled an updated Grandeur with a 17-inch screen and an adjustable sunroof

South Korean automaker Hyundai Motor has released the first official photos of the updated Grandeur business sedan (Azera in some markets). The current generation of the model, known as the GN7, has been in production since 2022, according to drom.ru.

The car's exterior features updated front and rear bumpers, as well as lighting. The air intake has become larger and features a silver frame. The headlights have a more tapered silhouette. At the rear, in addition to the new bumper, are wider taillights.

The main interior update is a new multimedia system with a 17-inch screen—up from 12,3 inches in its predecessor. The panoramic glass roof now features adjustable transparency, including a full-blackout mode.

No information about changes to the powertrain lineup has been released. The current Grandeur lineup includes four options: naturally aspirated 2,5-liter (198 hp) and 3,5-liter (300 hp) gasoline engines with an 8-speed automatic; a 3,5-liter bi-fuel unit (240 hp), designed to run on both gasoline and liquefied gas and targeted at taxi fleets and government agencies in Korea; and a parallel hybrid with a 1,6-liter turbocharged engine and an electric motor for a combined output of 230 hp, mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission.

Meanwhile, interest in the Hyundai Grandeur is rapidly growing in Turkmenistan. This prestigious sedan is increasingly seen on the roads of Ashgabat and other cities across the country: business customers have appreciated the combination of its prestigious appearance, spacious interior, and extensive features.
