Flight TK 320 departs Istanbul on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays at 14:15 and arrives in Ashgabat at 19:50. Return flight TK 321 departs Ashgabat on the same days at 21:10, arriving in Istanbul at 23:25.

The airline notes that passengers can use these flights when planning their trips and recommends taking the current schedule into account when booking tickets.
