In the city of Arkadag, the “Arkadag” multifunctional center and the “Gün” solar power plant will be built as part of the second phase of construction. The National Leader of the Turkmen People, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty (People's Council), Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, reviewed the project designs, the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reports.

Detailed information on the projects was presented by the Chairman of the State Construction Committee of the city of Arkadag, D. Orazov, and the Head of the City Administration, G. Mammedova. Interior design projects, building layouts, and decorative materials for the buildings were submitted for review.

Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov ordered that the conference halls and meeting rooms at the Arkadag Center be equipped in accordance with modern standards, ensuring a combination of comfort and aesthetics. Particular attention was paid to the lighting system: the building's architectural lighting should highlight its appearance in the evening.

The "Gün" solar power plant will operate on renewable energy sources. Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov emphasized the need to use innovative technological solutions in its construction.

According to the National Leader, the appearance of all new city buildings must reflect the centuries-old traditions of Turkmen architecture and meet the requirements of modern architecture.
