Schoolchildren and university students in Turkmenistan won 410 medals in international subject and online Olympiads from January to March of this year. Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Batyr Mammedov announced this during a government meeting summarizing the work of his subordinate agencies in the first quarter, the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reports.

To identify talented young people, competitions in robotics and scientific and creative projects are systematically organized. During the reporting period, the V Open International Internet Olympiads in Strength of Materials and Theoretical Mechanics, as well as the VI Open International Mathematical Olympiad, were held.

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized the importance of further organizing international competitions and Olympiads among schoolchildren and students, as well as the widespread use of digital technology in educational institutions.
