President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov addressed sincere congratulations and best wishes to the Secretary-General of the United Nations (UN) Antonio Guterres on his birthday, TDH reports.

“Taking this opportunity, the head of Turkmenistan expressed wishes for UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres’ good health, happiness, inexhaustible energy and will, as well as great success in his work,” the statement said.
