President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov received the adviser to the Prince of Monaco, founder and president of the organization “Peace and Sport” Joel Bouzou. The meeting took place as part of the celebrations on the occasion of the National Day of the Turkmen Horse, TDH reports.
During the conversation, the head of the Turkmen state emphasized the importance of the meeting on the days when the country celebrates a holiday dedicated to the horse – an integral part of world culture and the embodiment of the centuries-old art of horse breeding.
The adviser to the Prince of Monaco expressed readiness to intensify partnership with Turkmenistan in the sports sphere. Particular attention was paid to the recent visit of the Vice President for Medical Activities of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Care Oguljahan Atabayeva to the Principality of Monaco, which, according to the parties, was constructive.
The meeting participants expressed confidence that the results of the negotiations held during the visit will give bilateral cooperation a qualitatively new content.
Joel Bouzou noted that it is a great honor for him to develop promising cooperation with Turkmenistan, a reliable partner recognized in the world, including in the field of sports, the agency notes.
