The President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country Serdar Berdimuhamedov appointed police lieutenant colonel Ovezgeldi Kakalyev as deputy minister of internal affairs of Turkmenistan, TDH reports.
In this post, he replaced police lieutenant colonel Vepaly Atayev, whom the head of state dismissed from his post by another decree.
