Exports of non-oil products from Iran to Turkmenistan for 9 months of the current Iranian year (from March 20 to December 20, 2024) increased by 20,3% in value terms and by 12,9% in weight compared to the same period last year, Trend reports .
According to the Iranian Customs Administration, during this period, 1,15 million tons of Iranian products worth 404 million USD were supplied to Turkmenistan. A year earlier, this figure was 1,02 million tons worth 336 million USD.
The bulk of exports were agricultural and food products, industrial goods, transformers, water conditioners and petrochemical products.
The total non-oil trade turnover between the two countries over 9 months reached 1,16 million tons worth 420 million USD.
