The Bilimli ädim Economic Society, the official representative of the University of Babes-Bolyai (UBB) in Turkmenistan, is actively developing cooperation with one of the leading higher education institutions in Romania. Recently, company representatives made a working trip to UBB, located in the city of Cluj-Napoca, to strengthen partnerships and become more familiar with the educational infrastructure of the university.
During the visit, the Bilimli ädim delegation visited key faculties of the university, paying special attention to the Faculty of Chemical Technology and the Faculty of Computer Science. At the Faculty of Chemical Technology, company representatives were shown modern laboratories where students are working on solving current industrial problems in the fields of energy, pharmaceuticals and materials science.The Computer Science Department has impressed with its innovative programs in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and software engineering.
The delegation was particularly impressed by the university library, equipped with a rich collection of both printed and electronic resources. Representatives of Bilimli ädim noted the importance of the library collection in the educational process and its accessibility for students of all specialties.
During meetings with the university management, important agreements were reached to optimize the admission process for Turkmen applicants. The parties agreed on a cooperation plan aimed at promoting UBB educational programs in Turkmenistan and comprehensive support for students at all stages of admission.
