On November 13, the Colvir Fintech Day conference was held in the capital of Turkmenistan, bringing together representatives of the country's leading banks. The organizer was Colvir Software Solutions, an international developer of IT solutions for the financial sector.
The key topics of the event were the digital transformation of the banking sector of Turkmenistan, the introduction of modern technological solutions and the development of mobile applications. Particular attention was paid to the QR Pay technology, which is actively developing in the countries of Central Asia.
“Modern technological transformation is of an ecosystem nature. We have offered the banks of Turkmenistan a comprehensive development program”, - noted Denis Yudin, Director of the Department for Business and Product Development of the company.
The conference was attended by representatives of the seven largest banks in the country, including the Central Bank of Turkmenistan. Participants were able to get acquainted with the QR Pay technology in practice thanks to a special demo stand.
It is worth noting that Colvir Software Solutions has been operating in the Turkmen market since 2008, and today its solutions are used by 8 out of 11 banks in the country. The company is actively involved in the implementation of the digitalization program of the economy of Turkmenistan, initiated by the President of the country.
