27-year-old American blogger Jake Paul defeated legendary boxer Mike Tyson in a professional fight that took place in Arlington, Texas. The fight lasted all scheduled eight rounds of two minutes, and the winner was determined by unanimous decision of the judges, Sports reports.
After the fight, Paul admitted: «I tried to hurt him a little, but I was also afraid that he would hurt me.»
In turn, 58-year-old Tyson, despite the defeat, announced his intention to continue his career, noting: «I'm not thinking about leaving boxing. Maybe I'll fight his brother.»
This was an official professional fight, which will be included in the statistics of both boxers. For Paul, this victory was the 11th in 12 professional fights. Tyson's track record includes 59 fights with 50 wins (44 knockouts), seven losses and two no-contests.
