1. President Serdar Berdimuhamedov congratulated Donald Trump on his election as President of the United States. In his message, the head of the Turkmen state highly appreciated the current level of relations between Turkmenistan and the United States of America and attaches great importance to the further development of bilateral cooperation. Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov also sent congratulations to Donald Trump, noting that Turkmenistan values friendly relations with the United States.

2. During a telephone conversation, the Foreign Ministers of Turkmenistan and Iran, Rashid Meredov and Seyed Abbas Araghchi, reached an agreement to hold the next meeting of the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Iranian Commission on Economic Cooperation before the end of this year. This will be the 18th meeting of the commission, aimed at strengthening trade and economic ties between the two countries. During the conversation, special attention was paid to the development of cultural and humanitarian cooperation. The parties planned a number of joint events for November-December, including the “Iran Agro Food” exhibition, Children's Friendship Week and jewelry master classes.

3. SpaceX has confirmed its participation in the international scientific conference Turkmentel-2024, which will be held in the capital of Turkmenistan. The company's sales director Elena Pysher will represent the American leader of the space industry at this event. The conference will be held for three days, from November 14 to 16, in the building of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan.

4. President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov has instructed to develop a draft National Anti-Corruption Program for 2025-2029. The order was given during a regular meeting of the State Security Council, where the results of the work of law enforcement agencies for ten months of the current year were discussed. The meeting also touched upon issues of strengthening the material and technical base of law enforcement agencies and improving their activities in order to ensure state security. In addition, the Head of State signed the Decree "On the appointment and dismissal of judges of the courts of Turkmenistan from positions, as well as on assigning them qualification classes."

5. Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov held a meeting with the Head of the Representative Office of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in Turkmenistan Eric Livny. During the meeting, issues of strengthening partnership and prospects for increasing cooperation between Turkmenistan and the EBRD were discussed.

6. The “Juno” spacecraft, launched by NASA, transmitted to Earth unique images of Jupiter, which are distinguished by record detail in the entire history of observations of the planet. These impressive shots were obtained during the probe's 66th flyby of the gas giant. During this mission, “Juno” also managed to take pictures of one of Jupiter's satellites, Amalthea. This approach permitted us to obtain new data about the planet's small satellite.

7. The winner of the most beautiful cats on the planet was determined at the international FIFe World Show in Norway. The main title was won by a Russian blue cat named Bacardi, beating out more than 1500 competitors.

8. FIFA President Gianni Infantino congratulated Guvanchmuhammed Ovekov on his election as Chairman of the Football Federation of Turkmenistan. On November 4, Turkmenistan held elections for the head of the FFT, following which Ovekov was unanimously elected to this post.
