More than 150 companies will gather at the XVII international exhibition “Turkmentel-2024”

From November 14 to 16, Ashgabat will host the 17th International Exhibition and Scientific Conference “Turkmentel-2024”. The large-scale event will bring together more than 150 leaders and representatives of international organizations, manufacturing companies and software developers. More than 60 foreign and local companies will present their achievements at the exhibition.

Participants will demonstrate the latest developments in the field of digital economy, cybersecurity, information security, telecommunications, information and computer technologies. Particular attention will be paid to satellite communication equipment and 5G mobile communication standards.

As part of the forum, the Turkmenaragatnashyk Agency, together with the Universal Postal Union, will hold a seminar on “Digital Transition in the Postal System”. In addition, the results of the “Digital Solution-2024” innovation projects competition will be summed up with a solemn award ceremony for the winners.

As reported by TDH, the Director General of the Agency for Transport and Communications under the Cabinet of Ministers M. Chakyev reported on the preparations for the forum at a government meeting on November 1.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, having heard the report, noted the successful implementation of digital technologies in the country. “The XVII international exhibition and scientific conference “Turkmentel-2024” will be of great importance for the introduction of advanced innovative technologies and strengthening international cooperation in this area,” the head of state emphasized, instructing the head of the agency to ensure high-quality preparation and holding of the international event at a high level.

The forum promises to become a significant platform for exchanging experience and strengthening international cooperation in the field of digital technologies and telecommunications.
