Young talents from Turkmenistan took part in the International Youth Festival The Planet of Art-2024, organized by the Kazakhstan National Federation of UNESCO Clubs in cooperation with the World Federation of UNESCO Clubs and Associations (WFUCA).

Festival participants aged 3 to 18 from more than 30 countries presented their creative projects on the theme of «UNESCO World Heritage» in such categories as painting, photography, sculpture and arts and crafts, reports «Turkmenistan: Golden Age».

Following the results of the competition, Selbi Rustemova, a 10th-grade student of Specialized Secondary School No. 26 with in-depth study of English, chemistry and biology in Dashoguz, and Gulnabat Annanurova, a student of the Specialized Art School named after Sakha Dzhepbarov in Arkadag, were among the winners.

The award ceremony for the winners took place on October 26 at the Central State Museum in Almaty. The ceremony featured the presentation of the works of the finalists and winners of the project.
The works of the participants of the Planet of Art-2024 festival will be included in the thematic album «Art of World Heritage». In addition, in November 2024, an exhibition of works by the winners of this festival is planned at the UNESCO headquarters in Paris.

Participants of the youth forum had the opportunity to participate in master classes and trainings with leading teachers and artists of Kazakhstan, which became a unique chance for their personal and professional growth, the source notes.
