Turkmen light heavyweight mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter Dovletjan Yagshimuradov will face American Impa Kasanganay on November 29.
The final fight of the PFL league, with the championship belt and a prize of $1 million at stake, is to be held in Saudi Arabia.
In August of this year, the PFL 8 tournament was held in Hollywood (USA), in which Yagshimuradov defeated Australian Rob Wilkinson by unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27). This was his sixth victory in a row and his third in the PFL.
Yagshimuradov's opponent, Impa Kasanganay, defeated Joshua Silveira in his last fight, also by unanimous decision (29-28, 29-28, 30-27).
The PFL was founded in 2017, and in August, the company received $100 million from the Saudi Arabian Sovereign Wealth Fund to develop the organization. In November 2023, the PFL acquired the Bellator promotion.
