We actively support sports initiatives at all levels and are ready to offer Turkmenistan as a venue for major international competitions, given our successful experience of holding the Asian Games in 2017.»

The CISM Secretary General spoke in detail about the work of the organization and emphasized the importance of more active participation of Central Asian countries in sports competitions held around the world. He also noted that CISM strives to involve as many countries as possible in its activities to develop military sports and strengthen international ties through sports initiatives.

“The Turkmen side expressed its readiness to further expand cooperation with the International Military Sports Council,” the statement said.
