In November-December 2024, Turkmenistan will host three major international scientific and practical conferences with the participation of scientists and students from 14 countries, including the United States, China, Germany and Russia. The events will cover current issues of chemical technology, teaching foreign languages and the development of biotechnology in the agricultural sector, reports the State News Agency of Turkmenistan.
Information about this was announced at the regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan in the report of Vice Prime Minister Bayramgul Orazdurdyeva. President Serdar Berdimuhamedov instructed to ensure a high organizational level of the upcoming forums.
The first conference “Modern improvement of chemistry teaching methods and modern development of chemical technologies” will be held on November 25-30 at the Magtymguly Turkmen State University.
Next, on December 5-6, the international scientific and practical conference “Innovative methods and technologies of teaching foreign languages” will be held at the Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages.
The final event will be an online conference on December 19 at the Turkmen Agricultural Institute – “The role of biotechnology in the sustainable development of the agricultural sector”.
The holding of international scientific events is implemented within the framework of the “Strategy for International Cooperation of the Youth of Turkmenistan for 2023–2030” and is aimed at strengthening the country’s position in the global educational and scientific space.
