1. Today, the II Theatre Festival of the International Organization of Turkic Culture member countries start in Ashgabat. The opening ceremony was held at the Main Academic Drama Theatre named after Saparmurat Turkmenbashy the Great. 4. The closing ceremony of the Days of Culture of the Russian Federation in Turkmenistan was held at the Palace of Mukams of the State Cultural Center. The central event of the program was a classical music concert “Towards the Anniversary of Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky”, where the soloist of the Moscow State Academic Philharmonic Dmitry Masleev performed works by Tchaikovsky and Rachmaninov. Recently, the Institute's researchers returned from Germany, where they studied the manuscript collections of the Berlin and Dresden libraries. They brought electronic copies of valuable sources related to Magtymguly and Turkmen history. As a result of the expedition to Turkmenistan, there were more than 200 electronic copies of manuscripts in the Turkic, Persian and Arabic languages.

6. Turkmenistan is preparing to become the epicenter of innovation and technological progress. From November 14 to 16, Ashgabat will host the International Conference “Turkmentel-2024”. The forum's program covers a wide range of topics: from digital development and the future of telecommunications to satellite technologies and cybersecurity.
