1. President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov spoke at the conference "Interconnection of Times and Civilizations - the Basis of Peace and Development" dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the great poet and thinker Magtymguly Fragi. In his speech, the head of state emphasized the importance of the spiritual and cultural heritage of the Turkmen people, noting that Magtymguly's ideas have forever been enshrined in the treasury of world civilization. The conference discussed issues of popularizing the poet's works, as well as strengthening cultural and humanitarian ties between peoples.
2. During the forum, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, after speeches by his foreign colleagues, announced the decision to award them with the Jubilee Medal of Turkmenistan "In Honor of the 300th Anniversary of Magtymguly". Foreign leaders were awarded the Jubilee Medal of Turkmenistan for their contribution to the development of bilateral friendly relations, the study, preservation and popularization of the literary heritage of Magtymguly.
3. National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov met with President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin. During the meeting, the parties discussed the positive dynamics of interaction between Turkmenistan and Russia in the political, trade, economic, cultural, humanitarian and other areas, which is facilitated by regular contacts at the highest level and the intensification of inter-parliamentary ties. Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted that Vladimir Putin's participation in the forum testifies to the high respect in Russia for the work of Magtymguly.
4. Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan presented a collection of poems by Magtymguly Fragi translated into Armenian to Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov. The head of Turkmenistan expressed gratitude to the Armenian President for participating in the international forum dedicated to the 300th anniversary of Magtymguly Fragi's birth. During the meeting, priority areas of the Turkmen-Armenian partnership were discussed, including cooperation in science, education, healthcare, physical education and sports, as well as trade, economic, transport and communications.
5. A meeting between the National Leader of the Turkmen people and the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev took place in Ashgabat. During the conversation, the parties discussed current issues of interstate cooperation, as well as key topics of regional and global agenda of mutual interest. As a sign of friendship and special respect, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev presented Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov with the book "Magtymguly", translated into the Uzbek language.
6. President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov met with President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Masoud Pezeshkian. During the meeting, the sides discussed prospects for strengthening bilateral cooperation in the political, diplomatic, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres. Serdar Berdimuhamedov expressed gratitude to his Iranian counterpart for participating in the international forum dedicated to the 300th anniversary of Magtymguly Fragi's birth and congratulated him on his election to a high government post.
7. Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov met with the head of the Austrian-Turkmen Society Neda Berger. During the meeting, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov expressed gratitude for her significant contribution to the development of cultural and humanitarian ties between Turkmenistan and Austria. Neda Berger noted the successful holding of the VI Vienna Ball in the city of Arkadag.
