On October 10, the 6th Vienna Ball will be held in the city of Arkadag, on the occasion of which the Mayor and Governor of Vienna Michael Ludwig addressed its participants. In his message, Ludwig noted that Vienna, as the Music Capital of the World, is the birthplace of outstanding composers such as Beethoven, Haydn and Mozart, as well as pop and rock musicians like Falco.
Ludwig emphasized that Vienna is also known as the world capital of dance and balls. Dance music by the Strauss family is traditionally performed at the New Year's concert of the Vienna Philharmonic, broadcast worldwide. In 2024, more than 35 Vienna Balls will be held in different countries, giving guests the opportunity to enjoy the atmosphere of splendor and spirit of Vienna.
The Mayor of Vienna wished all the organizers of the international balls success, and the guests – unforgettable evenings filled with fun and joy. “Everyone to the waltz!” Ludwig concluded his address.
