President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin on the occasion of his birthday, TDH reports.
“We in Turkmenistan highly appreciate your great personal contribution to the development of friendly relations between our countries and hope for further strengthening of strategic partnership based on long-standing traditions of mutual respect, trust and good neighborliness,” the head of state said in his message.
President Serdar Berdimuhamedov expressed his wishes to President Vladimir Putin to always be in good health and be full of vitality and energy, as well as great success in his responsible government post for the benefit of all the people of Russia.
On October 7, Vladimir Putin turns 72 years old.
