1. The international conference and exhibition “Construction, Industry and Energy of Turkmenistan” will be held in Ashgabat from November 3 to 5. The event is timed to coincide with the Day of Workers of the Construction and Industrial Complex, widely celebrated in the country. Participation in the forum will permit delegates to better understand investment opportunities in key sectors of the economy of Turkmenistan, as well as discuss prospects for long-term cooperation.

2. The cultural program of October in Turkmenistan is full of interesting events of international level. Thus, from October 15 to 17, Ashgabat will host the Days of Culture of the Russian Federation. From October 18 to 20, Ashgabat will host the II theater festival of the member countries of the International Organization of Turkic Culture. From October 27 to 29, Ashgabat and Mary will host events within the framework of the Days of Culture of the Republic of Armenia in Turkmenistan.

3. In Kent, Ohio, a meeting was held between Kent State University Chancellor Todd Deacon and a delegation from Turkmenistan led by Deputy Minister of Education Azat Atayev. The key event was the signing of three memorandums of understanding between Kent State University and Turkmen universities: the International University for the Humanities and Development, the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, and the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction. The parties discussed the possibility of opening a branch of Kent State University in Turkmenistan.

4. The State Academy of Arts of Turkmenistan held a creative council dedicated to the Hero of Turkmenistan, Honorary Elder of Turkmenistan, two-time laureate of the International Prize named after Magtymguly, People's Artist, master sculptor Saragtu Babayev. Teachers and students of the State Academy of Arts of Turkmenistan heartily congratulated the sculptor on being awarded the title "Hero of Turkmenistan" and the "Golden Crescent" medal.

5. The Foreign Ministers of Turkmenistan and Nicaragua met in New York on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly. Rashid Meredov and Waldrak Ludwig Whitaker discussed a wide range of issues of bilateral cooperation, including political interaction, economic ties and cultural exchange.

8. President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a decree on the establishment of the Organizing Committee for the preparation of national teams for the XXXIV Summer Olympic and XVIII Summer Paralympic Games, which will be held in Los Angeles in 2028. This decision is aimed at ensuring the participation of Turkmen athletes in the upcoming games and strengthening the country's position in the international sports arena.

9. “Altyn Asyr” suffered a 0-1 defeat to Bahraini team “Al-Khaldiya” in the second round of the AFC Champions League 2 group stage. The only goal of the game was scored in the fourth minute of added time of the first half. The visiting team's forward Osama Bellatrece was in the right place at the right time, sending the ball into the hosts' net. This goal turned out to be decisive in the match, despite all the efforts of the Turkmen team in the second half. “Altyn Asyr” head coach Yazkuli Hodjageldyev did not hide his disappointment after the match: “I think that we deserved at least one point today, but this is football, it happens. I think we lacked a little luck”.
