The Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Turkmenistan handed over about 165 books in the Korean language to the Korean Language Department of the D. Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages.

The collection, which covers a wide range of topics including speaking, listening, writing and reading, is designed for students of different language proficiency levels, the Korean Embassy told Turkmenportal. The handover ceremony was attended by Minkyong Chae, Second Secretary of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Turkmenistan, as well as representatives of the Institute.

- This generous gift is part of the Republic of Korea's ongoing efforts to promote Korean culture and language education abroad. It underscores a strong commitment to supporting educational development in Turkmenistan, especially in the field of foreign language learning. The Embassy's initiative aims not only to provide necessary resources for language learners, but also to inspire deeper cultural understanding between the two countries”, - the Korean Embassy said.

Both sides expressed optimism for continued cooperation, with plans for further cultural and educational exchanges in the future. These efforts are expected to contribute significantly to improving mutual understanding and strengthening diplomatic and educational ties, which will play a key role in the broader development of academic opportunities in Turkmenistan.
