From August 1, the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, together with members of the country's government, goes on a month-long leave. This was announced at an extended meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers dedicated to the results of the six months. The country's leadership is permitted to spend a vacation in the “Avaza” National Tourist Zone, Archman, Yylysuv or other sanatoriums of Turkmenistan until September 1.
The country's sanatoriums and resort centers are equipped with the latest equipment and advanced medical technologies, creating comfortable conditions for quality recreation, including family vacations. Modern physical culture and sports complexes operate in all regions of Turkmenistan, and most recreation centers have sports grounds, swimming pools and fitness rooms.
Let us remind that a rich cultural program is planned for August in the country, including conferences, creative meetings, exhibitions and musical events. Particular attention will be paid to organizing leisure activities for children and teenagers during the summer holidays. Avaza will host events under the motto Awaza - dostluk mekany and a forum dedicated to Caspian Day.
Among the key events of August, the final rounds of the television competition Ýaňlan, Diýarym! in the regions and the final of the competition Çalsana, bagşy! in Ashgabat.
