1. President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov received the Executive Secretary of the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization Robert Floyd. During the meeting, issues of strengthening cooperation in the field of nuclear safety and monitoring were discussed. Floyd highly appreciated Turkmenistan's contribution to peace and security, noting the importance of the country's positive neutrality.
2. Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov paid a working visit to Iran, where he took part in the inauguration ceremony of President Masoud Pezeshkian. During the visit, Minister Meredov conveyed congratulations and best wishes on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan and the National Leader of the Turkmen people.
3. A ceremonial event dedicated to the 97th anniversary of the founding of the People's Liberation Army of China was held in Ashgabat. The reception was organized by the Chinese Embassy in Turkmenistan and brought together representatives of both countries. Deputy Minister of Defense of Turkmenistan Dovran Durdyev congratulated the Chinese side on this significant event, emphasizing the importance of bilateral relations. In his speech, Military Attaché of the Chinese Embassy in Turkmenistan Huang Lei expressed confidence in the further development of military cooperation between China and Turkmenistan.
5. The X World Festival of Orchestras “One Future” was held in Vienna, where Turkmen musicians took part for the first time and won the “Gold Prize” in the “Chamber Orchestra” category. The youth chamber orchestra conducted by Rasul Klychev captivated the audience and the jury with a masterful performance of Turkmen melodies and foreign classical works.
6. Turkish Energy and Natural Resources Minister Alparslan Bayraktar arrived in Ashgabat for talks on purchasing Turkmen gas. The Turkish minister noted that he plans to discuss the details of transporting Turkmen gas to Türkiye via Iran and Azerbaijan. In March, Türkiye signed a Declaration of Intent on Cooperation with Turkmenistan in the Field of Natural Gas and Hydrocarbons, and in June an agreement was signed on the supply of Turkmen gas to Türkiye.

7. Doctors in the UK have successfully performed a complex operation to save the life of a child with a serious congenital heart defect. The little patient was diagnosed with a rare defect - only half of the heart was functioning. This diagnosis was made in the 20th week of pregnancy and was confirmed after the girl was born. When the baby was five weeks old, a team of surgeons performed a unique operation. They redirected the blood flow so that the left side of the heart began to perform the functions of the right.

9. Swimmer Musa Zhalayev from Turkmenistan made his debut at the Olympic Games in Paris, competing in the 100-meter freestyle. The 21 years old athlete showed a time of 52.29 seconds in the qualification heat, which permitted him to take 61st place among all participants. Zhalayev competed in the third heat of the qualification, where he finished fourth. However, this result was not enough to advance to the semi-finals.
10. The summer transfer window has ended in the Turkmenistan Football Premier League. A large-scale campaign to strengthen the Ashgabat squad was launched by inviting a new head coach Tofik Shukurov and signing contracts with seven players. “Merv” made significant efforts by signing four “Energetik” players at once. “Ahal” and “Arkadag” exchanged goalkeepers.
