During the working visit of the Turkmen delegation to Pakistan this week, the parties considered the issue of opening a department for the study of the Urdu language at the Turkmen National Institute of World Languages named after Dovletmammet Azadi, TDH reports.
The results of the visit were reported by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Rashid Meredov, at the next meeting of the country's Cabinet of Ministers.
During the negotiations, issues of cooperation in the social sphere were also touched upon. In particular, the possibility of sending Turkmen diplomats to courses organized by the Diplomatic Academy of Pakistan was discussed.
