Turkmen athletes arrived in Paris to participate in the XXXIII Summer Olympic Games. The delegation was located on the tenth floor of the Olympic village, located in the northern region of the French capital. Following Olympic tradition, the team hung the national flag and banner with the inscription Team Turkmenistan.

The Turkmenistan national team is represented by six athletes in four sports: judo, swimming, athletics and weightlifting. The official opening of the Olympics will be held on July 26.

July 29, 14:00: Swimming (100 m backstroke), preliminary heats - Aynura Primova

July 30, 14:00: Swimming (100 m freestyle), preliminary heats - Musa Zhalayev

August 2, 13:35: Athletics (100 m), preliminary heats - Valentina Meredova

August 10, 14:30: Weightlifting (up to 102 kg) – Davranbek Hasanbayev
