Ivan Volynkin described diplomatic life in Turkmenistan as rich and interesting. - There are many events to which the diplomatic corps is required to be invited, - he noted. The Russian diplomat highly appreciated the living conditions in Turkmenistan. - Housing conditions are good, the supply of food and industrial goods is at the highest level, - he emphasized. Speaking about the foreign policy of Turkmenistan, the ambassador emphasized the importance of the country's permanent neutrality status, supported by the international community. Volynkin spoke with admiration about the development of the country’s infrastructure. He paid special attention to Ashgabat, describing it as a “wonderful white marble city” with unique architecture.
