The Turkmenistan swimming team is holding a training camp at the sports base in Batumi, a resort city on the Black Sea coast of Georgia, reports the publication “Turkmenistan: Golden Age”.
12 athletes, under the leadership of the senior coach of the national team Dmitry Novikov and the coach of the winter and water sports school Mark Pilyugin, are preparing for international competitions. The collection will last until July 10.
According to the State Sports Committee of Turkmenistan, the women's team included sisters Enesh, Ejesh and Ainur Primov, Anastasia Morginshtern, Ogulmerjen Nuraeva and Ainur Merdanova.
The men's team is represented by David Hakobyan, Musa Dzhalaev, Seyran Nurmyradov, Muhammetmyrat Gutlyev, Alan Muhin and Kurban Hommadov.
