Yesterday a ceremony was held in Dashoguz to commission eight new four-story residential buildings.
According to TDH, the happy new residents were given the keys to apartments with an improved layout, which provide all modern amenities for residents.
Four new 4-story buildings, designed for a total of 80 apartments, were built at the intersection of S. Turkmenbashy Avenue and Alp Arslan Street. By order of the hyakimliks of the city of Dashoguz, they were erected by specialists from the Derkar Economic Society. The spacious apartments have loggias and appropriate utility rooms. The ground floors of one of the houses are reserved for shops, which creates additional convenience for residents.
Another four four-story buildings – with 16 apartments each – were built in the village of Gulistan, the administrative center of the northern region of the country. The customer of the facilities was the city administration, the contractor was the Dashoguz plant Demirbetonönümleri. Two local individual enterprises – Ak bagt and Nurly badalga – were involved as subcontractors in the construction. The new buildings are located along the highway leading from the city of Dashoguz to the Gorogly etrap. The 3- and 4-room apartments with improved layout have all the conditions for a comfortable stay.
Representatives of the velayat and city hyakimliks, public organizations, deputies of the Mejlis, honorary elders and gray-haired mothers, and youth took part in the celebrations. And of course, this day became unforgettable for the happy families of Dashoguz residents, who today happily celebrated their housewarming.
According to the established good tradition, specialists from specialized enterprises who distinguished themselves during the construction of new facilities were presented with valuable gifts on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan.
