1. Large-scale military field exercises were held in the Balkan velayat of Turkmenistan with the participation of representatives of various branches of the military and law enforcement agencies. During the exercises, units of the Armed Forces practiced tasks of neutralizing sabotage groups of a mock enemy, repelling air attacks and ensuring the territorial integrity of the country using the latest digital control systems and unmanned aerial vehicles. The main purpose of the maneuvers is to increase combat skills.

2. In secondary schools of Turkmenistan, from June 1 to 15, it will be time for final exams. Graduates will have to pass four exams: 3 mandatory and one specialized. On June 1, 11th grade graduates will write an essay on their native language and literature. On June 5, a written exam in algebra and elementary analysis will be held in all schools across the country. Oral exams in social studies and the core subject will be held in schools according to their schedules.

3. A delegation from the Aba Annyaev International Academy of Horse Breeding from Turkmenistan visited the city of Wilmore in Kentucky, USA, with the aim of establishing cooperation with Asbury University in the field of horse breeding. The delegation included Ambassador Meret Orazov, Vice-Rector Seyitmyrat Atayev, as well as horse breeder and trainer Aman Bashimov.

4. In honor of International Children's Day, a concert will be held in Ashgabat with the participation of the Youth Symphony Orchestra and a united children's choir. The event will begin at 15:00 on June 1 at the Mukams Palace of the State Cultural Center of Turkmenistan. 110 talented young musicians from the Youth Symphony Orchestra and about 120 members of the joint children's choir will perform on stage.

5. Tickets for the intercity bus route Ashgabat – Avaza – Ashgabat have gone on sale online in the Şäherara bilet mobile application. Let us remind that the seasonal bus route will begin operating daily from June 1.

6. On June 1, the inclusive festival “Planet of Childhood” dedicated to International Children’s Day will be held at the “Watan” cinema and concert center. The organizer of the festival is the public organization “Yenme”. The festival starts at 15:00. Free admission.

Luisser will assume the duties of acting head coach, leading the team into the upcoming World Cup qualifiers against Iran and Turkmenistan. In the 5th round of the qualifying stage of the 2026 World Cup, Turkmen football players will meet on June 6 in Tashkent with Uzbekistan, and in the final qualifying match they will play on June 11 at home with Hong Kong.
