The “Women in Business” community, with the support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the USAID Entrepreneurship and Business Environment Project (USAID/FGI), announces specialized training for business women in Turkmenistan.

This training is intended for entrepreneurs who have been successfully running their business for more than three years and are considering the possibility of scaling. The purpose of the event is to help participants identify key motives for doing business, formulate a strategic vision for the next three years and identify the necessary resources to achieve their goals.

Main topics of the training:

- “Determining the personal meaning of business” – a study of individual values and motivations using association cards.

- “Visionary planning: where do I see my business in three years?” – development of a long-term development strategy.

- “Inventory of existing resources: what do I already have to achieve my goals?” – detailed analysis of all available resources, including financial, human and technological.

- “Critical analysis: what needs to change in my approach to doing business?”: identifying and replacing limiting beliefs with supportive attitudes.

- “Identifying key resources for future growth” - identifying the necessary tools and opportunities to scale the business.

At the end of the in-person training, 15 participants will have the opportunity to undergo individual coaching sessions that will help them develop the mindset necessary to achieve the next level of development.

Participation in the training is free! The selection of participants is carried out on a competitive basis.

The event will be held on June 8 from 9:30 to 16:00 at the Ashgabat restaurant Ginko & Platan at the address: st. A. Niyazov - Bitaraplyk (formerly Hudayberdyev - Podvoisky).
