1. On the occasion of the 79th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941–1945, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent a congratulatory message to his compatriots and Great Patriotic War veterans. “From the very beginning of that merciless war, which dragged on for 1418 days, our compatriots voluntarily went to the front, where side by side with fraternal peoples they fought on the fields of fierce battle, showing unparalleled bravery and courage. For this they were awarded many orders and medals”, - noted the head of state.
3. President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov took part in the commissioning ceremony of two important facilities in Ahal velayat - the second stage of the Baherden cement plant with a capacity of 1 million tons of cement per year and a water treatment plant in the village of Yashlyk with a capacity of 30 thousand cubic meters of water per day. During his speech, the head of state announced the donation of about 200 new modern buses to residents of the region as a gift to improve passenger transportation.
4. The Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Care donated modern medical equipment to the Baherden etrap hospital in Ahal velayat. The hospital staff were given two Dialog+ hemodialysis machines manufactured by the famous German company B. Braun. This modern equipment will significantly improve the quality of life of patients with chronic renal failure through effective blood purification.
5. President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a Resolution according to which the Ashgabat hyakimlik is allowed to enter into a contract with the Berk Gala Gurluşyk business entity for the design, construction and improvement of the adjacent territory of a preschool institution for 320 places. The kindergarten will be built on Senagat Street in the Buzmeyin etrap of Ashgabat. Construction work is scheduled to begin in May 2024, and the facility's commissioning is scheduled for September 2025.
6. President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, at the invitation of Russian President Vladimir Putin, arrived in Moscow on a working visit to participate in celebrations marking the 79th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941–1945. This visit of the head of the Turkmen state to Russia is the next step towards the progressive development of constructive interstate relations, which in the modern era have been given new impetus and content.
