Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a Decree on awarding the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Russia to Turkmenistan Ivan Volynkin with the Order of Honor for his great contribution to the implementation of the country’s foreign policy.
The corresponding Decree was published on the official Internet portal of legal information in Russia.
“For his great contribution to the implementation of the foreign policy of the Russian Federation and many years of conscientious diplomatic service, award the Order of Honor to Ivan Kirillovich Volynkin, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to Turkmenistan”, - the document says.
