1. The joint-stock commercial bank of Turkmenistan “Senagat” has developed a mobile application Senagat töleg for citizens to transfer funds for charity to the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Fund for Assistance to Children in Need of Care. Deputy Prime Minister Hojamyrat Geldimyradov announced this during a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers. President Serdar Berdimuhamedov approved the proposal and instructed the Deputy Prime Minister to implement the relevant work.
2. The Institute of Language, Literature and National Manuscripts named after Magtymguly of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan will organize the International Scientific Conference “The Fount of Wisdom of Magtymguly Fragi” on May 18. The forum will be held within the framework of events marking the 300th anniversary of the birth of the great Turkmen poet. Representatives of UNESCO, TURKSOY, as well as foreign researchers from 34 countries will take part in the conference.

All mushroom activists rushed to the sands to harvest. On Saturday, April 13, rain is also forecast in the country, so mushroom season is guaranteed over the weekend.

7. On April 12, the fashion world lost one of its brightest stars – Roberto Cavalli. The famous Italian designer died at the age of 84, leaving behind a rich legacy in the form of luxurious collections and a brand bearing his name. Cavalli, a native of Florence, was interested in fashion from a young age. Without receiving a diploma from the Academy of Arts, he nevertheless achieved incredible success by opening his fashion house in 1970. The debut show in Paris at the age of 30 marked the birth of a star. And two years later, Cavalli conquered Florence.
8. The brand new Xiaomi SU7 electric car was involved in an accident. The collision with a premium Mercedes-Benz was the first recorded incident involving an electric vehicle from the Chinese auto giant. Photos from the scene of the accident quickly spread across the Internet. They show that both cars were seriously damaged. According to police, the cause of the accident was confusion with traffic signals.

9. Today, the PFL 2 mixed martial arts tournament took place in Las Vegas, in which the Turkmen fighter Dovletjan Yagshimuradov and Slovenian Jacob Nedo fought. The light heavyweight fight ended in the first round with the victory of the Turkmen athlete by technical knockout. For 34 years old Dovletjan Yagshimuradov, this victory was the fourth in a row in his professional career and his debut at the PFL tournament.
10. 200 volunteers selected from among students of the capital's universities will be involved in the international hockey tournament, which will be held in Ashgabat from April 15 to 20. Currently, the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan and the State Committee for Physical Culture and Sports are completing the training of volunteers. For each of them, areas of responsibility are defined.
