President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev congratulated President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov on the spring holiday of Novruz, TDH reports.

I am confident that we will continue to successfully continue our joint efforts to further strengthen friendly and fraternal relations between Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan,” the congratulatory message says.
Ilham Aliyev also expressed gratitude to Serdar Berdimuhamedov for his sincere congratulations and best wishes on his re-election as President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
