Your professionalism and rich political experience will serve to further expand mutually beneficial cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation.
It is gratifying to note the high level of Turkmen-Russian bilateral relations, which clearly reflects the fruitful partnership and close interaction of our countries in a wide range of areas. We in Turkmenistan highly value your personal contribution to the development of bilateral relations and express our readiness to work together to further enhance cooperation for the benefit of our peoples,” the message says.
Taking the opportunity, Serdar Berdimuhamedov expressed to Vladimir Putin his wishes for good health, prosperity and great success in the highest government position in the name of peace, progress and prosperity of the friendly people of the Russian Federation.
