On March 17, a new shopping and entertainment center “Arkach” with a business center and underground parking, located on a total area of 4.7 hectares, opened in Ashgabat along Magtymguly Avenue, TDH reports.

The new shopping center is a single architectural ensemble of several multi-level buildings with a central three-story building. The complex was built by specialists from the Ussat subsidiary. The shopping and entertainment center facilities located here with an area of more than 55 thousand 377 square meters were included in the structure of a supermarket with a wide selection of goods and services.

Along with numerous shops, visitors have at their disposal - playgrounds, cinema halls, a children's entertainment town with slot machines, a beauty salon, a fitness room, a pharmacy, restaurants and cafes, Toý mekany and other facilities.

On the side of the central building, a business center was built that harmoniously matches the overall design solution. The new 12-storey business complex with a total area of more than 25 thousand square meters successfully combines the achievements of modern architecture and the traditions of national architecture. In the evening, the original appearance of the building is emphasized by color lighting; a landscaped green area stretches out in the nearby area.

The business center's offices, equipped with advanced technological equipment, are located on the 2nd to 10th floors. All conditions have been created for holding business meetings and various events. There are shops on the ground and first floors, and on the 11th and 12th floors, respectively, a technical block and a restaurant.

There are also outdoor and underground car parks with 330 and 146 spaces, as well as a multi-level car park with 400 spaces. ¬– A modern parking lot will provide services to the population around the clock, TDH emphasizes.

At the end of the commissioning ceremony of the Arkach shopping and entertainment center, sadaka agzaçar was given.
