1. Representatives of the “Balkan” shipyard held negotiations with the management of the Chinese company Weichai Holding. The parties discussed the supply of equipment and spare parts for the bulk carrier “S. Niyazov” of the National Merchant Fleet of Turkmenistan. In particular, the Turkmen side provided technical specifications and drawings of the main engine and diesel generators necessary for modernizing the vessel. It was noted that the equipment must meet the requirements of international standards.

2. The investment forum and exhibition Turkmenistan is open will be held in the “Avaza” tourist zone on June 26-27 and will be aimed at attracting foreign investment into the national economy. The venue for the forum is expected to be the “Berkarar” hotel on the coast of the Caspian Sea.

3. The 16th meeting of the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Iranian Commission on Consular, Border and Customs Issues was held in Tehran. The Turkmen delegation at the meeting was headed by Deputy Foreign Minister Ahmed Gurbanov, and the Iranian delegation by Deputy Foreign Minister Alireza Bikdeli.

4. A meeting was held in Ashgabat between representatives of Turkmenistan and Afghanistan on the issue of expanding investment and transport cooperation. The presentation was held within the framework of the Geneva Motor Show. In some European countries, Microlino Lite can be driven by teenagers over 14 years of age who have a moped license. The maximum speed of the Microlino Lite is limited to 45 km/h, the length of the electric car is 2,5 m, and the weight does not exceed 600 kg. Microlino Lite will be available for leasing at a price of 156 euros per month.
