The Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Saudi Arabia, Orazmuhammet Charyev, met with the head of the Center for Research and Intercommunication Knowledge in Riyadh, Professor Dr. Yahya bin Mahmoud Junaid, the press service of the Turkmen Foreign Ministry reports.
During the negotiations, the parties discussed further strengthening ties between the countries, especially in the fields of science, education and culture. The important role of cooperation with the Center for Research and Intercommunication Knowledge in the development of these relations was emphasized.
In addition, Professor Junaid was presented with the first book by the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, “Youth is the support of the Motherland.”
It was also noted that 2024 in Turkmenistan has been declared the year of “The Fount of the Mind of Magtymguly Fragi.” In this regard, a number of events are planned to mark the 300th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding Turkmen poet and thinker.
