A delegation from Turkmenistan took part in the international conference “Digital Education – 2024”, which was held from January 29 to 31 in Shanghai, China. The country was represented at the forum by specialists from the Ministry of Education and the TurkmenSvyaz agency, CentralAsia.news reports.
The three-day event brought together more than 800 delegates from 70 countries. His goal was to take education to a new level with the help of advanced technologies.
The speakers noted that the transformation of digital education first of all guarantees the development of a fair and high-quality system in this area. It also contributes to achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
The conference also launched the World Digital Education Alliance, which will promote cooperation between leading universities in different countries.
The participants discussed the development of artificial intelligence, emphasizing the importance of studying Chinese experience in this area. Representatives of the PRC, in turn, declared their readiness to adopt the best world practices to promote digital education.
