All quarter-finalists have been determined for the African Cup of Nations.
The teams of DR Congo, Guinea, Nigeria, Angola, Cape Verde, Côte d'Ivoire, Mali and South Africa will continue to fight for reaching the semi-finals of the tournament.
The 1/4 final pairs were distributed as follows:
- Nigeria – Angola
- Cape Verde – South Africa
- Mali – Ivory Coast
- DR Congo - Guinea
The quarter-final matches of the African Cup will be held on February 2 and 3.
Let us remind you that the tournament takes place in Côte d'Ivoire from January 13 to February 11. The current holder of the trophy is the Senegalese team. The Egyptian team has the most victories in the tournament – seven.
