The National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov met with the leaders of the consulting company Goetzpartners Emerging Markets GmbH, which became the winner of the international tender for the provision of consulting services for the creation of a medical cluster in the city of Arkadag - with the managing director of the company Vladimir Mathias and the senior consultant of this company Hans Gerdom Prödel. The parties discussed issues of further development of bilateral relations, TDH reports.
As noted, Germany is one of the priority partners of Turkmenistan in the European Union. The countries carry out fruitful cooperation in many areas of bilateral interaction. The trade and economic sphere was named among the key vectors.
In Turkmenistan, large-scale construction of highways and railways is underway, air and sea port infrastructure is being modernized, the National Leader of the Turkmen people stated, emphasizing the importance of partnership between transport agencies, associations and companies of the two states.
Noting that Turkmenistan has created all the conditions for the productive work of foreign specialists and business structures, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov emphasized that Turkmen nature, including the Karakum Desert, has huge reserves of raw materials for the production of export-oriented products. As part of the construction of the second stage of facilities in the city of Arkadag, the country has created an environmentally friendly raw material base that meets international quality standards.
Expressing gratitude for the trust shown, the businessmen emphasized that it was a great honor for them to participate in the construction of industrial complexes as part of the second stage of the construction of a modern model city of Turkmenistan.
An international medical cluster, which will be created in the city of Arkadag, plans to produce various types of medical products not only for the domestic market, but also for export. The use of available local raw materials will make it possible to produce environmentally friendly, high-quality products, which will help strengthen the economy of Turkmenistan and play an important role in the development of Turkmen-German relations, the company’s management emphasized, assuring that consulting services will be provided at a high level.
As noted, the presence of an appropriate legal framework for foreign partners to successfully conduct business in Turkmenistan, the provision of all necessary conditions increase the interest of German companies in strengthening their positions in the promising Turkmen market. In this regard, businessmen informed about new areas of cooperation, emphasizing that they will make every effort to intensify bilateral ties.
Then, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the State Committee for the Construction of the City of Arkadag under the President of Turkmenistan and the German consulting company Goetzpartners Emerging Markets GmbH, which was another confirmation of the consolidation of mutually beneficial cooperation at the legislative level.
