President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent sincere congratulations and best wishes to the President of the Republic of India, Mrs. Draupadi Murmu, and the Prime Minister of the Republic of India, Narendra Modi, on the occasion of India's National Holiday - Republic Day, TDH reports.
