Two New York fans of Madonna filed a lawsuit against her because the singer's concert started late. According to the plaintiffs, because of this they had to spend money on a taxi and adjust their sleep patterns, reports “Rambler” with reference to ABC News.
Friends Michael Fellows of Brooklyn and Jonathan Hadden of the Bronx bought tickets to the singer's Celebration concert, which was held on December 13 at the Barclays Center. According to the ticket information, the show was scheduled to start at 8:30 p.m. However, the performer appeared on stage only at 22:45.
Madonna's performance lasted until one in the morning. Because of this, fans had to take a taxi to get home. In addition, they had to adjust their sleep patterns so as not to oversleep for work.
In the lawsuit filed in court, the plaintiffs demanded compensation from Madonna and her team for the inconvenience caused. The amount of compensation is not specified.
