President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, through a digital system, held the first meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of the coming year, at which issues of state development were discussed, TDH writes.
It was noted that Deputy Prime Minister Hojamyrat Geldimyradov reported to the head of state on the work done to prepare Work Plans for 2024 for the economic, financial and banking complex.
According to the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, the plans, taking into account the assigned tasks, provide for measures to ensure intensive socio-economic development of the country, modernization of the national economy, further introduction of modern digital technologies, successful execution of the State budget, improvement of investment policy, etc. Particular attention will be paid to cooperation with international financial organizations and the use of advanced foreign experience.
After listening to the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized that the activities of the economic, financial and banking sectors are inextricably linked with the comprehensive development of the country, noting that issues of improving the national economic complex should continue to be given priority.
