This city is a city of the present and future, a city of happiness and prosperity, a city of youth and a happy life, noted the head of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan.
“I am firmly convinced that under the leadership of Arkadagly Serdar, our youth will increase the authority of the Motherland in the future!” - said the head of the highest body of people’s power of Turkmenistan.
